Privacy information
Processing contact data
This page explains, in clear terms, how data submitted through the contact form on aliplay.finance are processed.
Which data are collected?
The form may collect your name, professional email address, organisation type and name, approximate number of students, area of interest and any message you choose to send.
What are the data used for?
The data are used exclusively to respond to the request, prepare a demonstration, answer institutional questions and follow up on contact related to AliPlay.
What is the basis for processing?
Submission depends on the express authorisation shown in the form and on the initiative of the person requesting contact. This authorisation may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out; if a request is still in progress, withdrawal may prevent further follow-up.
Which data are required to submit the form?
Fields marked as required are necessary to receive and process the contact request. Without those elements and confirmation of the privacy information, the form cannot be submitted.
How long are the data retained?
Contact data are retained only for the period necessary to respond and manage the institutional relationship arising from the request, without prejudice to applicable legal obligations. Website analytics records are kept for approximately 13 months at most.
Who may access the data?
Access is limited to the team responsible for handling contact requests and, only to the extent necessary for website and email operation, to technical hosting and communications providers. Data are not disclosed to third parties for their own advertising or behavioural marketing purposes.
International transfers
The technical operation of hosting and email may involve providers with international infrastructure. Whenever data are processed outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR and applicable law must be applied.
Usage statistics
The website collects first-party aggregated statistics to understand page views, languages consulted, the approximate country of the connection, device types and interaction with key buttons and the contact form. No analytics cookies, advertising trackers or external analytics services are used.
IP addresses and full browser identifiers are not stored in analytics records. To estimate distinct visitors, the server creates a pseudonymous identifier that changes every month. The country is determined approximately on the server through the GeoIP mechanism provided by the hosting service; only the country code is stored, with no city, coordinates or IP address. The reported country may differ from the actual location, for example when a VPN or proxy is used. Analytics records do not contain the information entered in the contact form and are kept for approximately 13 months at most.
Protection against abusive use
To protect the form and analytics endpoints against excessive automated submissions or requests, the server may temporarily create technical identifiers derived from connection data. The IP address is not stored in plain text in these control files, and temporary rate-limiting files older than approximately 48 hours are automatically deleted on subsequent executions of the protection mechanism.
Are the data sold or used for advertising?
No. Form data are not sold to third parties and are not used for behavioural advertising.
Are automated decisions made?
This institutional website does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
How can rights be exercised or questions raised?
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as withdraw the authorisation given in the form, by emailing aliplay@aliplay.finance.
Security
The website applies technical measures to protect the form and restrict access to contact records. However, no Internet transmission can be considered completely risk-free.
